I didn't receive a second chance letter for the interview and got denied

Hi everyone,

today, I got a letter that I was denied for the citizenship because they said that j didn't appear the second chance interview on11/22/17.initial interview was held on September and I was failed the interview becaus they asked me all of the vocabulary meaning on the paper and I couldn't answer some. 

Summerrize my case,,,

September 2017 initial interview, they told me that they will send a letter for the second interview.

11/29/2017 got a letter about denial because I didn't appear the second interview on 11/22/17. 

 

Actually, I didn't receive any letter from them... 

 Should I do N-336 for the hearing ? It's totally unfair

If you weren't given notice of the second hearing, file an N-336 to appeal.

Day 376 (1/14/19) Interview

Day 385 (1/23/19) Denied

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX

If I send N-336, is this going to be a problem to enter the U.S after travel overseas? of course, I will stay in the U.S until done with N-336 but my parents are old so, I want to go to Japan with my 2 kids within a few years. I'm just afraid if immigration office send me a secondary office because of this appeal.

You're still an LPR. Appealing your denial should have no effect on anything else.
