Hi all,

Iam from HoChiMinh city, i know Visajourney from google, i found the forum is ver useful for newbie like me. I have the question about bringing adopted child to US so i hope someone out here experience with this will give me an advice.

My aunti is processing immigrant visa (F4), priority date 11/1995, she had just received DS 2030 form from NVC

My aunti is single and had no children so she adopted a child- who is daughter of her younger brother.

A "Giving and Receiving" document was approved by Vietnam authority in Jan/2005

My aunti is 50 years old .Child's birthday is April/1989

Adopted daughter is living with my aunti since she was 7 years old but my aunti register her name in Household registration book in August/2005(That mean in the paper the adopted child has reside with my aunti 1 year 8 months only)

The question is:

1/ What document my aunti should submit to NVC from now on? or my aunti must waiting for the coming DS 230 then resubmit it with adopted child's information?

2/Can the adopted child come along to US with my aunti in her immigrant visa?

Thank in advance.
