securing papers in packet

Stapling all the stuff together or in a binder kinda way sounds better because something could fall out if you send it all loose... ...Goodluck on you VJ

I put paperclips on mine, some people that work in the office get annyoed by both paperclips an stapels...I work in an office myself

But clipping it keeps it kind of neat

DO NOT STAPLE. It's a pain in the butt and they'll just have to remove them all anyway.

Either use the ACCO fasteners that everyone talks about (with two-hole punches on the top of all papers) or use binder clips. Staples are never a good idea when dealing with important documents.

You may also want to insert tabs to separate the important pieces, with a directory in the cover letter. You should have an index of all the material included regardless of how you fasten/organize.

Jen and Larry,

bulldog' clips, aka binder clips, or 2-prong 'Acco' fasteners (what USCIS uses itself). No staples except for pages that are part of a single document.
