No one is denying that Obama chose to say Happy Holidays on his annual Presidential card. He thought it was more appropriate to include all Americans in that sentiment, rather than those that celebrated his own.

 

If people want to talk about selective outrage, the whole idea of "bringing Merry Christmas back to the White House" is a great example. Trump is a master at encouraging anger and outrage over nothing. His fan club love to complain and whine about nothing.

 

Despite the holiday cards, Obama continued to say Merry Christmas every single year he was in office. On multiple occasions. In videos, on Twitter, in person etc...

 

Merry Christmas never left. We just had a President that was also considerate of the multicultural melting pot that is America, and wanted other faiths to feel welcome. How dare he.

We've always had a Christian in the White House

We've always had a tree

We've always had Christmas themed decorations

We've always had wishes of "Merry Christmas"

 

It's just been about a silly card. Perfect example of getting upset over literally nothing. Typical Trump-fan snowflake behavior.

 

Maybe they just like to fit in with the weather?
