Thank you so much for all of your advice! 

 

I think we we may go down the CR-1 route. If I filled out the I-130 would I have to show proof of a bona fied marriage/relationship. We don’t have any joint accounts or anything with both our names on them. We have separate letters, bank statements with the same address and hotel booking history from booking.com Just in my name. Would these be enough?

London specifically asks you to NOT provide any proof of bonafide for the I-130 for DCF.  They don't want to see it.
