I'm sorry guys, i'm just having one of those days today, i know 54 days isn't really that long nor too far off some kind of something (hopefully) I'm just SO impatient and sick of waiting. i REALLY REALLY miss my wife and kids, this is doing my head in, somedays just feels like its never going to happen. I wanna come home so bad :crying:

Have you tried occupying some of that time and energy reading the timelines here for your answer?

I filed my I130 at the Nebraska Service Center on February 07, 2007. My case was approved on April, 17, 2007. So it looks like you should be getting an approval within the next two weeks.

FORM I-130 PROCESS

Jan. 15, 2007 - Got married in India

Feb. 02, 2007 - Sent Form I-130 via Certified mail

Feb. 05, 2007 - NSC Receives Form I-130

Feb 07, 2007 - NOA-1

Mar. 15, 2007 - Touched

April. 11, 2007 - Touched

April 17, 2007- Approved!!

May 01, 2007- Touched

NVC Processing of I-130

April 27, 2007- Received by NVC

May 14, 2007- IV Bill and AOS fee bill Generated

May 22, 2007- Sent AOS fee bill

May 27, 2007- Received AOS fee bill in mail

June 11, 2007- Received I-864 package in mail

June 14, 2007- Still no IV bill. Called NVC so that they can resend it.

June 18, 2007- Sent completed I-864 package

June 22, 2007- Still no IV bill

June 25, 2007- Finally Received and Paid the IV bill!!

August 05, 2007- Sent DS-230

August 21, 2007- Case Completed at NVC

August 27, 2007- Case Forwarded to Embassy

October 15, 2007- Interview!! Visa approved!!

October 18, 2007- Visa in hand

October 27, 2007- US arrival!!

I'm at 70 days since I-130NOA1 and, according to the Timeline, I have about 24 days to go. Since you are CSC, which processes I-130s in about 90 days, I'd say you have about 35 days to go, more or less.

5-15-2002 Met, by chance, while I traveled on business

3-15-2005 I-129F
9-18-2005 Visa in hand
11-23-2005 She arrives in USA
1-18-2006 She returns to Russia, engaged but not married

11-10-2006 We got married!

2-12-2007 I-130 sent by Express mail to NSC
2-26-2007 I-129F sent by Express mail to Chicago lock box
6-25-2007 Both NOA2s in hand; notice date 6-15-2007
9-17-2007 K3 visa in hand
11-12-2007 POE Atlanta

8-14-2008 AOS packet sent
9-13-2008 biometrics

2-12-2009 10-yr Green Card arrives in mail

The bad news is that I've read on some posts that CSC is slowing down due to an increase of petitions since the beginning of the year. :huh:

05/10/07 - NVC receives petition, case # assigned

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

Errrr yeah, just a bit, i'm here nearly all day everyday. Just venting some frustration.

35 days, 2 weeks, either way that doesn't sound too bad! Thanks for the words of encouragement guys :)

That's not completely true. There are several ppl that have not recv'd their NOA2 within that time frame (including myself).
