DS-261 Where and how do I fill this out?

Hey there!

 

Just received an email from NVC(finally) about the next steps. 

I logged in and paid both fees(AOS and IV) and now both show processing. 

 

My question:

I read a few checklists and they all state to fill out the DS-261. How and where do I fill this out?

Not seeing any options or anything for it. As said above, both fees show processing and I can't click on the link to fill in the AOS and IV application yet.

Your first step according to NVC letter you receive was to select your agent which is the ds261. After selecting agent you will then pay the AOS fee after which you will then pay IV fee all the steps are clearly laid out and you also get emails that inform your when each should be done.

Visa for CR!?   your other posts suggest CR1   so it is DS 260

you pay the fees and then when the site says fees received and paid , you are directed to the I864 form and DS 260 (if spouse) for IV
