Hi Guys,

I have a question for you. so... Recently I was going over the I-751 Form I sent and I made I consider a huge mistake. I left the marriage date field blank and I filled out the "end of marriage" with our actual marriage date.

I'm still waiting on approval / denial. RFE, anything. But... is there anyway I can fix that? Should I get an infopass and go to the nearest field office and ask them to fix it? I mean... we did made it clear on the cover letter that we're still married. And everything is going great... but I feel like it's pretty obvious if you're leaving the marriage date blank and entering info in the next field that you failed to enter info accurately. which sounds to me like an auto denial. but I don't know. I'm kind of giving up right now.

THanks for any feedback!

Based on when you submitted, you have another six months until it's processed so I wouldn't stress - they haven't picked up your file yet. Even if you filled it out incorrectly, they'll give you an opportunity to resubmit the correct paperwork or they'll ask at interview - they won't auto deny and make you resubmit altogether. People make mistakes. As you filed I751, they should have the marriage license and be able to see it was when the marriage started. I wouldn't stress at this point.
