Broad Statement/Lots of evidence vs. Highly Specific Statements/Less evidence

Should I be making broad arguments supported by an exhibit with multiple pieces of evidence or highly specific arguments supported by single pieces of evidence? Example: Honduras has low physician density followed by an exhibit with 10 different pieces of evidence discussing the statement. Or should I make a specific statement saying that there are only 2.1 neurologists per 10000 people, followed by an exhibit with the exact article that makes that statement? The only difference I can see is that more specificity will have way more exhibits.
Essentially what I am looking for what will make the most impact for the adjudicator, specificity or loads of information. I'm not sure which way to go. I basically want to make it as easy on the person adjudicating the package as possible.
