Question about filling out I-751

In the instructions for for I-751 it says:

Quote

Answer all questions fully and accurately. If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been married and the question asks “Provide the name of your current spouse”), type or print “N/A,” unless otherwise directed. If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, “How many children do you have” or “How many times have you departed the United States”), type or print “None,” unless otherwise directed.

But in the example form on visajourney for questions that don't apply fields are left blank and there are no entries for N/A.

I filled out our form following the guide on visajourney and referencing the example form, but now I'm unsure if I should be putting N/A for every empty field?

For example, we have no children and the form has fields for Child 1 - 5.  In the example form on visajourney all of those fields are left blank, but should I put N/A for everything relating to the Child 1 - 5 fields?

Thank you for the help.

If you already put no children on the form, than putting N/A on each space for a child's name would be redundant.  They already know by the response that you have no children that nothing should be expected in the names field.

Where do you see a "no children" option?  I see no where on I-751 where it asks if I have children, it just asks information about children 1 - 5.  Can you show me where there is a place for no children?

My bad, I replied before checking that form.  I would just put "NONE" in the first space of the first child name and leave the rest of the section blank. The form instructions don't acknowledge that you may have no children.
