Lucky you! This has been the longest week ever. I swore yesterday was Thursday! There is such a storm moving through town that it looks like its 11pm instead of 11am.

If it's the same storm that blew through here last night, stay inside ! We had extremely heavy rains and high winds here in San Antonio. And it kicked up a tornado that ripped through Eagle Pass -- at least 10 people dead (on both sides of the border.) Stay safe !

That storm was crazy!! All last night, my husband kept saying, "I'm moving back to Morocco!" Poor thing didn't get any sleep last night!

Similar reaction here. The first time the rain pourred down in sheets, he kept pacing back and forth between inside and the terrace outside shaking his head, wondering where all the rain was going and commenting had this weather been in his hometown, it would have been half washed away.

I LOVE storms!!!! I was away for the last one we had but I really miss a good hurricaine. Of course one that doesn't leave much damage though. I remember as a kid we had a house on a hill overlooking the ocean and we'd have to put masking tape on the windows. When the storm would start we'd all sit and watch it. It's weird but we used to get hurricaines all the time here and now Florida gets them all. I wonder what made it all shift and miss us?

Hi everyone. Thanks for your good wishes for my exam! Just got home about an hour ago. It could go either way, just waiting now until 5 EST when we're allowed to discuss the results with others. I'll have a bit of a better idea then how it went. But won't get the final results for six weeks.

The most important thing is that it's over!!! I'm just having a beer to reward myself for a job well done. Regardless of whether I pass, I studied my a$$ off!

Oh, I forget who asked before, but it was the third in a sequence of 9 exams that I have to pass before I get my full actuary credential. This exam was statistics, financial economics, stochastic processes, survival models, and life contingencies. Don't worry, no one has any idea what the hell I'm talking about!

Isn't that the WORST????? I'm sure you did just fine! I remember when I took the CPA exam many moons ago. Back then we had to take all of the parts in two and a half days and it was something like three months or so until we got our results. Three agonizing months!!!!

Congrats on a job well done either way!
