Thanks Dee Elle for your reply.

Well, i m not an US resident and my husband has a H1B visa. I am coming with a spouse visa.

The 3299 form seems to be little complicated because i need to inform my date of arrival, flight name etc... I wanted to send my stuffs before and i was thinking to take my flight ticket at the last moment because i need to settle all in France.
