07-05 : Mailed AOS application

07-08 : Delivered

07-12 : USCIS acceptance

07-16 : SMS/ Email notification

07-21 : Received NOA1 in the mail

07-28 : Received Biometrics Appointment Letter

08-09 : Biometrics Appointment

10-05 : RFIE

10-10 : RFIE received in the mail

10-17 : Case status online changed to RFIE was mailed

11-07 : Mailed Evidence

11-09 : Evidence Delivered to USCIS and signed

Questions:

1. When can I expect my case status online change from RFIE mailed to Evidence received? I called USCIS just to make sure they did get it and they said yes.

2. How do I know if my application has been forwarded to my local field office?

3. It’s been 138 days and my EAD hasn’t been approved yet. Did the RFIE reset my waiting time? I raised 3 SRs and the 3rd one was the only one that has been assigned and completed.

4. I got an email for my 3rd SR saying it has been completed. What do I expect next? Is it good, is it bad?

5. If the RFIE reset the clock, is it gonna be another 90 days waiting time again to hear from them?

Thank you so much for the answers.

EDIT: I am so sorry for the big font, Idk what happened.

For Questions:

#1: USCIS Case Status Online doesnt always update.

Based on my personal experience, my AOS is still at "Fingerprint Fee Received" while AP and EAD are still at "Case was Received". Nothing really changed or got updated. At Day 92, I got my combo card. USCIS Case status wasnt updated. Day 308, I got my greencard in the mail, no text msgs, no email and no case status update either. So, don't rely on the online case status.

#2: You will get this info if you set an infopass appointment.

I called USCIS hotline and they all tell me whatever is in the website. Nothing really helpful. After approaching 10months, couldnt help it anymore and we set an infopass appointment even if it means we will have to drive 4hours to the nearest USCIS local office. It was the most substantial info I had ever received in over 250+ days of waiting. They informed me that my physical file has been there in the field office for a month now and had not been assigned. (It eased me knowing it isnt missing) Additionally, They answered almost every question I got.

#3, #4: Not sure. I personally had several SRs, I didnt get any relevant info out of it.
