Called in a year later for Oath? (Split and merge)

Hello every one. Am new here. I have few questions regarding my immigrant visa. I have provided all the documents to the Embassy in ISLBD. I have received a phone call on Nov/21/2017 and an email saying that i have to appear for an oath against my DS260 and fingerprints.  On Dec/14/2017.    

 

Q). Is that considered an interview? Or there is going to be an other interview on a later date??  And if there any chance of, may be, getting a visa issued after the fingerprints & oath???

Hi Mano. 

Yes, i had an interview last year on Apr/28/2016. But at that time my visa was refused and i had to apply for a waiver, so i did. Now my waiver has been approved..! 3 monts ago. That is why i got a phone call from the Embassy for oath and bio. So yes,  i did have one interview..!

according to my knowledge hopefully they will issue ur visa Insha Allah. But u should be prepared for ur interview as well :/ hope someone can give u best advice best of luck for ur visa.

Note:  I had an  interview last year apr/28/2016.  Had to file a waiver and the waiver is approved all ready.

I am in  the same situation , my visa was approved after oath and fingerprints but didn’t received my passport after many days were gone
