Caribbean Cruise with no Advance Parole?

The cruise line rep could not answer this one, he told me to call the Filipino Embassy. My wife has a Filipino passport and we applied for AOS 3 weeks ago. We would like to take a Caribbean cruise starting 12/23/17 going to Jamaica and Cozumel. The rep did not know if my wife would be allowed to board the ship with a Filipino passport, even if she did not disembark at the ports of call.

she may not be allowed on ship under  K1 visa is only for the one time admittance

does she have travel documents that allow her to leave and return to US?

 

my brother in law bought tickets to go on honeymoon and was stopped at the gate as she did not have the right travel documents to leave US and return

She does not have any documents that allow her to leave and return to the US. I guess we cannot cruise until she gets her green card.

Indeed. It's not so much a problem of whether the various islands will allow her ashore, the bigger problem is that she will have left the USA without AP and without completing AOS so the process will be abandoned and she will have no authorized stay here at all.
