When I (beneficiary) apply for I-129F, I would need to submit my birth certificate and I was wondering if I could translate it or need to be translated by professional?

Not until the interview, but it has to be translated by a certified translator, not you unfortunately

That information isnt right.

At the interview stage you go with your birth certificate in the laguage of your country, if need be translate you can do it yourself, all you need is add a sheet saying that you are fluent in both languges.

I needed translate papers from justice system and i did myself, you dont need pay translator if you are fluent in both language.

Maybe it's country specific? My fiance speaks perfect English and in his country you had to use a certified translator.
