hello, i came to usa with j1 visa , my j1 visa date  june 19 to september 25 , i have applied to b2 visa  september 18, i bought a fly ticket for february 24 and i sent uscis with my application. this is third month but i am still waiting . how long do i have wait ?

I do not know how long you need to wait but it seems your wait is excessive.  What were the terms of your J1 sponsorship?  Some sponsorship programs may explicitly require the participant to return to their country of origin to terminate the program or could stipulate that you may not apply for a change of non-immigrant status.

my J1 status coming from work and travel program. There is no rule for me that I have to go back to my country or 2 year rule. ıf they will not approve my application, Can I objection that with my lawyer?
