I'd say the only World Leaders who have really given true endorsements of Trump have been Putin, Duterte and Netanyahu. Please feel free to add others (with quotes) that have really made it clear. Putin really just cares about Putin and Russia so I wouldn't say an endorsement from him is something to be "proud" of. Anything that makes America weaker around the world, will enhance Putin. Duterte is also not someone I would feel particularly proud of having an endorsement from. He is kind of like one of those guys where, when they want to speak for you, you'd rather they just be quiet and you want to pretend you don't know them. Netanyahu cares about Israel, and Trump could literally be a maniac, rapist, murderer but if he supported Israel I'm pretty sure Netanyahu would give him a thumbs up.

 

Other world leaders aren't going to come out and say they dislike him, or prefer Obama, or really anything. They are all going to lean towards being "okay" because, at the end of the day, America still has a lot of influence around the world. They could hate his guts and they wouldn't make it public. Unless you have insider knowledge, a tepid endorsement is not really surprising from most world leaders. Particularly in Europe, and particularly the UK PM who, no matter what her personal feelings, needs to attract as many good deals as possible as they are working to leave the EU.

 

As for "So far Trump backed up his words" - Well he can't exactly "back up" all the times where he has lied, can he? Like for example he made some bold claim about a huge deal from his Asia trip for Boeing. That has proven to be false, and he hasn't "backed it up". It just gets forgotten by his fans. Selective amnesia.

 

As for the "world citizens" opinion of Trump - That isn't exactly glowing

Another common world leader seen with Trump is Shinzo Abe - I just looked to try to find any actual quotes from him about Trump, and I'm struggling. I think Japan is another country where you could argue that they need America badly, so whether he likes Trump or Trump's behavior is likely irrelevant and he will "put up with it" in order to help his country.

Also - Contrary to what some people may think, America actually does have things it should apologize for. Both modern and historical. There is nothing wrong with acknowledging mistakes and talking about ways we need to improve to be better.

I wouldn't expect any world leader to do anything relative to publicly endorsing Trump.  They are smart (mostly) and they realize that Trump is a lightening rod for the left wing biased media and are loving the fact that the attention is on him.  Trump could not care less which is fine, the media and the MDL has lost all morale credibility anyway.  We have no idea how these folks talk in private, but I do want to correct your list a little, Mr. Trudeau came out with quite a few glowing words regarding his meetings with Trump.  I don't suppose he would have done this if he thought Trump was truly deranged.

Saying Trump "actually does listen" is not exactly "glowing words" in my opinion. I'm pretty sure I said that about my dog this weekend when we were at the beach practicing his recall. "Good boy, oh honey he really does actually listen. I'm so proud"

 

Trudeau has also said that America is "going in a different direction" (implying he doesn't necessarily support our direction), and has publicly disagreed with us on Trade and the Paris Climate Agreement.

 

Trudeau though, in general, is the consummate "nice guy" Politician. He would look authentic complimenting a cow pie.
