Hello everyone my date of birth is 01Feb1997 

I130 applied on 04May2016

I130 approved on 14Oct2016 

My age will be 21 on 02feb2018 please tell me I am still eligible in F2A category

You provided an incorrect immigrant visa number availability date in the calculation above. Your PD is not current yet. When exactly it will become current is not fixed...an estimate is around April 2018. It could be months sooner or later depending on how many others get a visa in that category.

Assuming April 2018 holds up, at that time your CSPA-adjusted age looks like it will be around 20 years and 9 months old, which would fall into F2A still. You would still need to seek to acquire the visa within 1 year after that point.

If the PD takes ~3 months longer than that estimate to become current, then you will age out into F2B.
