Minor Philippine passport

good day! How to sign Philippine passport for minor? Thanks in advance

DFA will instruct you during the application process (do not sign the form before the appt).

I mean hank on his passport , do I need to sign using my signature or I will it blank because he is a minor?

Yes I understood it was the child's passport, I was thinking you still needed to complete the appt.  sorry

 

You already received the child's passport already?   You should ask DFA on this, here are DFA phone numbers      https://www.dfa.gov.ph/
