Oh geez still? I called at 11:15pm maybe that’s why. If ours is done I’m sure yours is as well cause we are the same dates. I just about guarantee you you’ll have it Monday then 😊

We'll see, congrats on getting some movement though!

All I have is a screenshot of the ceac website with our LND number.

I don’t have anything in the mail from NVC.

I know I’ve seen some book their medical while it still says “at nvc” so I’m a bit confused.

Dont know if anyone has actually done this and it was accepted.

I don't know for sure if a screenshot will be accepted, but I received a letter in the mail with photocopies of everything from NVC and a letter with my case number etc on Monday this week which is roughly like 2 weeks after getting the case number over the phone, so hopefully you should get that soon and not need to worry about the screenshot. Basically 2 days after my status changed to "ready" on the ceac site I got the physical letter, but I booked my medical as soon as I got the case number (I just made sure to give myself a few weeks for everything to get where is needs to be). Medical is booked for Feb 6th and interview booked for Feb 14th.

how did you book an interview without it saying ready?

are you in the U.K.?

thank you

Did your beneficiary need the invoice number to make the payment When they made the interview?

Also, where there a lot of interview dates open and where there a lot of medical appointments open? I appreciate you so much. Thank you.

When you booked your interview, it says we have to put either “k” fir k1 visa or “non immigrant”

It is what is at the bottom of the letter you get from either NVC or the embassy?

Do you recall what you put?

I am the beneficiary in the UK :) I booked my medical as soon as I got the case number, but waited until my status was ready to book the interview (that's why I booked the medical for a few weeks away).

Knightsbridge doctors didn't seem busy at all, she checked I had all my documents and asked me when I wanted to come in so I picked my date and she suggested the time.

There are plenty of close interview dates as well, the first one available was January 31st when I booked (I only booked yesterday).

To book the interview I followed the instructions on the letter, you go to the website and create an account and enter your details (you'll need your case number which will start with LND for UK applicants, your DS-160 number which starts with A, your passport number and other details like date of birth etc). It's a very easy system, just enter your details and hit next until you are finished :) I paid with my debit card (approx. £205) and I paid extra (£18) to have everything shipped to my house rather than picking up from a depot. Once I filled it all out I printed out my confirmation page and am good to go! You can login and access the info at any time though so don't worry if you don't have immediate access to a printer.

THANK YOU for getting back to me so soon.

my fiancé is in the UK and trying to book his interview but there is a page where it says “select IV service”

Do we put “K”

or

”immigrant visa”

Seriously, Thanks for such detailed info. It is sooooooo appreciated!

This is the letter I received (just ignore the random emojis covering my details haha)

If you go to the link on the letter it has more detailed instructions of what you need to select as even though I only booked yesterday I can't properly remember and don't want to give any wrong info!

Do you think it is possible to take an appointment with the doctor and schedule the interview?

Check how the embassy works for your country.

Fir the UK you can book your medical but can not book your interview until your status says ready.

Has anyone’s status changed from AT NVC to anything else on a weekend day?

Or is activity/updates only occurring Monday through Friday?

Thank you everyone 🙂

Our case changed from At NVC to In Transit yesterday (January 21) :)

You need to check your Embassy information. For Malaysia, we can schedule for interview and medical as long as we have our case number. We need our interview date to schedule for medical, so, we did set an appointment for the interview. We choose the latest date available (glad that we can do like that, if not, we need to wait longer)

Congrats on the letter!!!

I was wondering...are you the petitioner living in the US? also, how many days after getting your case number from NVC did you get this letter?
