My fiancee called the USCIS today again and spoke with another rude tier 2 officer... anyway this one was useful and told us our case had been sent on January 10 to the NVC

We already called them first and nothing so far.

It is painful and discouraging each time she calls she has a negative answer.

It is the same answer each time... Anyway, we are still trying to keep hope.

I feel you. Lets hope this week they receive it. I'm waiting on NVC to change my case status to ready or chipped to embassy lol. They gave it a case number since Jan 12...

This is a waiting game, when you finish USCIS, you wait on NVC and  etc etc

It's been actually since September 19 that we are waiting because they sent our case accidentally to the NRC...

So waiting is becoming very tiring... Currently more than 12 weeks since the first NOA2

I just called nvc and the nice lady I spoke with informed me that I'm outta administrative processing, yaaaaaay!  They will be sending the case anytime from now

No you have to wait for the case to be sent to the embassy and then they will tell you what to do specific to your country . So just wait for the letter or email your fiancé will get from his or her embassy of choice and follow what they say . Good luck :-) any help let me know . I’ve had 5 or 6 friends go thru this in the few years and helped them out also. My dad also works in immigration so knows most stuff about the k1 process but that’s for the uk

Thank u so very much

Well my Status says AT NVC so im guessing its doing its thing and being entered into the system . Im sure they are a little back logged due to USCIS holding cases and then forwarding them randomly so they might have to be checking the NOA2 dates expiration and getting them out first. I mean logically that is what I would do. But who knows

Where r u guys checking ur statuses?

Andy, we have our LND number now. Looking up CEAC for status, but there’s no uk on the list to choose from for immigrant or non immigrant. What’s the magic?

It’s under England lol and you choose immigrant so you won’t need to choose a country normally just the case number and the security code etc
