don't panic, you can't do much after the case number anyway lol, I had mine last Friday and ive done nothing with it as ours are still at NVC

I'm waiting for the official letter with the NVC number. I can't have a medical exam without it.

you may never get that letter. I know the London Dr just accept an email or even just you writing it down. They don't need the letter. But every country is different I suppose

In this part of the world, we need it. They won't proceed with medical exam without a copy of the letter itself.

Not very likely. I’ve been calling them since 7am and their system is down and no idea when it should be back up.

Im sure it will be up and running shortly. As I say we received our number last Friday . NOA2 arrived there last Thursday and its still at nvc on the CEAC page so don't worry.
