I have like 2014,15,16 tax returns but i have the entire paperwork lol! As the transcripts website never works apparently . Also we have my fiancé current work contract as his employer don’t do letters of employment etc, we have latest bank statements , pay stubs , w2 , stocks and bonds proof . And he’s on $70,000 a year so I hope we are good :-)

The site worked for me after turning off my ad blocker.

Haha I think you have enough. We just got the online transcripts last week. They were down for about a week for maintenance so it’s working back again. Better than waiting 10 days for it to come in the mail.

Yeah there’s an issue with his number online , but he can email them to me when they arrive in the post no big issue there lol. Well I hope we have enough his last income tax returns were from his employment in Japan. It looks bad as he was on $120,000 a year but his tax on his statements is $25,000 so looks bad lol, but hopefully the work contract and pay stubs of this year will be enough

Are you going to inquire about it or just wait it out until it leaves NVC?

Inquire about the emai? Nah we will see if it gets mailed out this week first. If not I’ll give em a call and ask what it was about .

$25,000 is still above the required income so you’re still good.

True , what is the income ? $16,000

A little above $16,000 for K1 Visa but for AOS which you will file immediately is  a little above $20,000 last I checked. If the USC is active in the US Army it’s a little above $16,000 all the way through.

Just be really careful they don't mention the word "review". Any review will cause delays. That's probably what the congressman is warning about.

They already mentionned "review" before we got the 2nd NOA2. The congress person told us that the USCIS to wait to avoid to have conflict due to a miscommunication...

We've been proactive as much as possible but the congress person told us to be "careful" to avoid conflict. So now we are worried about contacting the USCIS...

Omg are you freaking kidding me right now? So I called NVC just now and was on hold for a while, of course long weekend people going nuts, and their system is down. The guy said to call in 30 minutes. This is the nightmare that never ends. Ugh
