Yeeaaah, I'm finally part of the cool kids club!! Called like 5 min ago and they said they got my petition at NVC!  Now... how many days until I get a number and it goes to the embassy?

I believe they’re staffed as early as 6 or 7.

So we got a case number! THE WRONG CONSULATE! USCIS didn’t make our change request we asked for in AUGUST! so more headaches !

they approved in nouvember 28 now more than 6 weeks , but They send mail yesterday to my fiance and they say :

We recently received your visa petition,we will send NVC processing instructions within 4 to 5 weeks, please resubmit your  inquiry if you have not received any information after 5 weeks,

I used to work in Paris and when we applied we put Paris down as the embassy. Then in August I resigned and came home so we were told to write a letter to USCIS asking for a address and consulate change to London. and today NVC told me its still PARIS

you probably have to wait another week, maybe 2 weeks. i got my NOA 2 on 11-15 and then NVC received it today on 01-12

well hopefully. Luckily PARIS and LONDON are pretty close to each other in terms of Mail etc. But its been a hell of a morning. Consulate only communicate with Email as we are classified nonimmigrant visas and won't talk to us on the phone. I have emailed EVERYONE

Sheesh. Well, I hope you get it sorted out soon. I’m waiting until the afternoon to call for a case number since it was only yesterday that they received ours.
