Nov 17 NOA2. Emailed nvcresearch Jan 2. NVC replied on Jan 8. Found out our case is still at CSC. I don't understand why uscis is still working on our petition knowing were already approved. tsk

Oh wow! Still at USCIS. It is crazy. Hopefully they will send everything soon. Working on petition? It might mean, just leave it there until someone hardworking enough to courier it out

Yes, super crazy. After approval, they let it sit there for almost 2 mos. Maybe working to mail it out. 🙄 I hope.

My fiance did. But only spoke with tier 1 and put a service request which uscis didn't even replied. tsk He doesn't want to call anymore. But he scheduled an infopass but I guess would be useless too lol

Oh wow, it is really difficult to speak with tier 2. Especially when he get rude/uncooperative tier 1

So back to my response:  I called USCIS yesturday and got no response back. Called back this morning around 8:30am and after 230min waiting got a call back from USCIS and told me that my case was sent over to NVC on Jan 8 2018.

NOA1 was 5/31/2017

NOA2 11/28/2018

California processing center to NVC on 01/08/2018

The lady didnt know why it was delayed so long.  She said when they approve the case they are suppose to send me NOA notice and packet to NVC.  She didnt know what the issue was.  Im hoping NVC gets it done quickly and move on to the next step.

How did you get through to get to an officer?, and what did you say to them and they actually gave you a call back? It seems everytime i call and wait for a call back i never get a call back.
