According to the NVC twitter they opened at 9AM EST.

"The National Visa Center will open for first shift on Friday January 5th at 9:00am, please do not report before this time. Be safe everyone!"

Just got of the phone with them and they still havent  received anything for my NOA2 Nov14th

Be careful following this advice as they might also put your case up for review to expedite which will significantly slow your process further.  I am speaking from experience as this happened to me.

They're open today. I tried calling and was advised to call back die to the volume of calls they're receiving. In sure there's a million and one people trying to get to them today

How would it be an expedite? My case was already approved. Nowhere was the word expedite used. Not arguing with you just trying to clarify

Same here! I’d rather they process than get overwhelmed with calls, further slowing down their computer systems.

.... rather than asking USCIS when they send them?

Really? I'm NOA2 novemebr 17 my case have not got NCV... Did you try to call USCIS and check with them why they did not send it?

This is a insteresting question, I think as was mentioned before for somebody in this forum it is better to call both everyday...

I was thinking the same thing when they moved my case to Review for Expedite.  Apparently that's the status that must be applied by USCIS in order to do anything faster.  For this example, mailing your case out quicker than normal.  My case was already approved at that point, too.  I was in the exact same situation as you and asked a Tier 2 representative to mail my case ASAP.  When it didn't get mailed for another week I called them and found out the case had been moved to Review for Expedite.

That's weird. That language was not used verbally or in the letter I received. I've no idea though and I certainly didn't specifically ask for a review to expedite.
