NVC (November 2017 Approvals)

I emailed NVC an inquired on my case. For them to answer fully, there is a form that needs to be filled with required information.  

When i called at first, they didn’t say a thing. They just said it is in the system and has not been sent to the embassy yet. But i created that inquiry on the form given to me, and I got a response within 24-48 hours... 

 

they confirmed that the case was forwarded to the embassy in Manila yesterday dec 28...

You can call after 2-5 days and ask for the Case Number..  they will give it to you.

My was at NVC, in transit and now it’s ready 😂

 

 I think it stays at ready status and after interview changing to AP and Issued? But that’s my guess work based on some threads I have seen

when you check the CEAC and have a ready status it will tell you also http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml

Hi Guys,

 

in the form I134(Affidavit of support), it asks if we have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of someone... do we need to put the K1 beneficiary there( Fiance(e)) or this question is related to petitions we have submitted in the past not current one?

Yeah it means if you’ve submitted petitions in the past for someone else but please can you send a screenshot of the section you are talking about just to be sure I answered that correctly.

Morning all,

 

Based on the number of folks we have on the NVC spreadsheet, are we getting a good number of cases being giving nvc case numbers?

 

@Shoegum thoughts on this?
