we did not receive instruction letter yet ... my lady says to fill it out  DS 160 when you get the packet from the embassy .. Hope that helps and you get the ready message very soon

Hopefully they are done with most October approved cases that don't require AP or some extra processing and will move smoothly through November!

Our NOA2 is same date as yours! I hope you get your NVC case number soon!!

Yeah the same happened to me a couple of times too. I didn't do anything different - pressed 1 for English, then pressed 2 to hear the latest information on your petition, then pressed 1 to check status - to also enter receipt number and then pressed 3 to report a problem with my case or speak to a customer representative.

I just think the lady I spoke to earlier wasn't sure how to answer my question and she just transferred to the tier representative.

 

Thank you and I hope you get yours too soon  I know it can be frustrating but let's just keep praying, I know they will process ours soon.

Just checked my case status at NVC this morning and it says 'Ready'. #######? it said "at NVC" last night.

Funny thing is I tried before but wasnt able to do it. I went back a couple days ago and I just filled it out. I put in the USCIS case number where they asked for it. That's it
