Last updated date still hasn't changed from Feb 2nd. So much for expedited processing.

Same for us  Welllll according to all those timelines I checked out over the last week or so (probably about 60 timelines trying to gauge when we'll get Packet 4), the average is 5 business days from Ready to an updated status/send packet 3/get Packet 4 email. If we do 8 business days (and it doesn't count the day it changed to Ready), we should hear something on Wednesday. I manipulated the case numbers on CEAC and found other peoples cases whom changed this week, and they all had their statuses updated on Tuesday and Wednesday. So I have a feeling that'll be the same for us. We'll see though... another setback of waiting.

Same here, still last update as of Feb. 2.   Geez, sometimes I just cannot believe how draggy and nightmarish this thing has become.  Absolutely unreal!

I was just about to start looking through timelines to see if I could find something out about whether this wait between "Ready" status on the CEAC tracker and Packet 3 for Montreal is normal or what...you just saved me all that work, hah!   So, I owe you a big THANK YOU for that, LOL!

Meanwhile, my fiance's documents are still in transit. Tracking---which I check once per hour at least :P-- says the docs should be here today or Monday so, maybe the timing is okay... for us anyway. Not for you guys so much since you've had Packet 3 ready for a while now I think.

Gosh I  hope there are still some late February slots open for us! I really have my heart set on a March POE.

Wowwwww AWESOME NEWS!!! Nothing here in our emails yet though! I'm the petitioner and keep checking but nothing here.

Did your "Last Updated" date change at all on the CEAC tracker?

Congrats!!! So if you get the docs today or Monday you can send in P3 ASAP :D

Would just ignore the 6 week thing no way it'll take that long (never saw anyone take that long). P4 should come within 48 hours of P3

Yes, this afternoon the CEAC tracker updated to today's date! Then, by freakishly good timing, the docs arrived a couple hours ago and I've already sent Packet 3 back.  I know they're closed for the weekend but...hey it's been a long nine months! :P

No doubt you all will be hearing something next, if you haven't already. Keep us posted!

My fiance didn't get the email and the updated date didn't change yet. Guess they don't process things in order either.

But congrats on getting some movement! You'll probably get P4 really soon then.

Yup we didn't either...which is really bizarre since it's now exactly 5 weeks since our case arrived at NVC, while @D and T looking at their timeline are at the 2 week 2-day mark since arrival at NVC and updated on the CEAC tracker and already moving forward. If anything by that time frame we should've had our case at the embassy 2.5 weeks ago and already having an interview next week....... As usual no logical sense at all from anything in this whole process.

Yeah...completely baffled by the oddly out-of-order fashion in which cases are being processed. I can't wrap my mind around what could be going on, except to assume that the backlog must be enormous, given that only a small percentage of filers ever show up here on VJ in the first place. Even the Montreal consulate must be busier than I originally thought, since the USCIS and the NVC  seem to be burping up big batches of cases all at once these days. Maybe this new electronic system is glitchy or something too? Who knows....I just hope like hell they work out the snags so that people can finally get on with their lives.

Fingers crossed for everyone to get their good news on Monday.

Question. When you say "medical doctors all say to give them up to 2 weeks to have the results", do you mean the doctors from the medical interview? I thought that the medical happens a few days before the main interview. Why 2 weeks?
