A friend of mine just got his citizenship few months  ago and he just found out that a woman he cheated on his wife with she is a US citizen and  has a child for him but he requested a DNA from her  but it's not Done yet  and he wants to know if he needs to inform the  imigration about this since he just found out just incase the child  is His  after the  DNA ?  Because on his N400  it show he don't have kids of his own ...  he is soo worried about this and need some advice

if he did not know about the child when he applied ( he needs to keep some poof of when he was told of the baby), then he should wait for the woman to take him to family court for child support and court ordered DNA

If he was informed of the pregnancy before the application for citzenship, i would get advise from an attorney

As long as the child was not bored while his application was in progress he should be fine.  A pregnant woman does not count as a child for immigration purposes. He has nothing to tell immigration since the baby will be born a US citizen. Absolutely nothing to do with immigration.  If the child was born before he became a citizen but did not know of the child, nor did not sign any papers; he is also in the clear.

I agree.  If he did not know about the child prior to filing the N400, there was no proof he was the father, or the child was born after he became a citizen, he is fine.

Exactly, nothing to worry about as he still doesn't know if this child is his. Until he gets a dna test he will not know.

Why are people using their emails to sign up for accounts? Zero privacy in that.

I feel like there is info here  are missing.  Your friend should ask his own questions.  But otherwise he would need to disclose said child at his oath ceremony.

That would be why you don't do anything until you know for sure.

Thanks for the update.
