Missing name in F-1 Visa

Hello,

My visa has been approved for study. However, in the visa, they didn't write my complete name as in the passport. I'm worrying because in the previous visa it was exactly as in the passport.
Passport and previous visa:
Surname: X              Given name: W X Y Z

My name in new visa:

Surname: X           Given name: W X Y

the last name in given name it's not on the new visa. I will contact the embassy as soon as they are open. I just want to know if someone faced problem like this before? also, Is this a serious issue?
