Im planning to bring 3 phones ( samsung Note 4,5 and an iPhone on their box) to give to my family in the philippines. Can i bring 3? If can, should i put in check-in baggage or do i need to put on my carry on baggage? Thanks 😊

I don't think any law discusses phones specifically.  Only the value of items brought in.  If you had fifty and it seemed you'd sell them it would be different, but three gifts are three gifts.  Phones aren't regulated.

Ignore my last answer, I misread.  Phillipines has stricter rules on them, I'll defer to someone who knows more.  My quick reading says it would mean paying a duty if they see them.

Only if there was over a certain amount. If it's only a couple phones then there is no problem at all especially if it's your carry on. Where people get in trouble is when there is a large amount of them.

You can bring them with no problem, and they should be in your carry on. Do you know if they are GSM or coma?

We always have 3-4, always in carry-on.

I read more and my first answer and cyberfx's are still correct.  Nothing bans multiple phones, as long as it doesn't appear you are intending to sell them, then they'd be charged duty.
