Does anyone know requirements of the photos? I gave checked the guidelines obviously but still unsure. Can the application be disqualified based on kids photos applications? My photo is spotless but was impossible to get good ones of the kids. All technical requirements are fulfilled but one is blurry and the other has a shadow in the background (from the child).

If you get selected, there may be an issue with granting the children derivative visas, depending how bad their photos are. If they are bad enough that they can’t recognize the kids (and they would use photo software for that, not eyeballing) you might have a problem. Hard to say. They do give guidelines for taking children’s photos as I recall.
