Photo too blurry on my DV entry form

I've submitted my entry, but now that I reexamine it, my passport photo seems to be too blurry. Is there a way to fix it? I know that you can't send two entires for the same person so I'm really helpless. Thank you so much.

you can not enter twice / they scan for this according to many sites and kick out the entry

if you are chosen,  they will see your passport at interview

So basically there is nothing I can do?

Unfortunately not. You are supposed to have reviewed everything and been satisfied with all details, etc before submission.
