I am in the Philippines and will have my interview in Manila. As reguards to proof of income, what do they ask for? I have my fiance's 2016 Tax return and W2, also paystubs. Last paystub i got is from August 2017. Will that be enough? Im looking for experiences from people that have been through the interview process in Manila.  My Fiance currently does not have a job though, she resiged at her job because of some health problems , but She is planning to go back to her old job in December ,before we apply for adjustment of status. I just wanna know if her being employed is important for my Interview.

They don't ask for proof of income on K1's in Manila.  Been that way for couple years from what I am reading.

I-134, most recent tax return (2016) and W2 are randomly asked asked for, do have these documents.   And of course must meet the poverty guidelines for the total number of dependents.

That is BAD information.   USEM is not ALWAYS asking for the I-134, most recent tax return and W-2 .. BUT they DO randomly asking for it.  Support evidence IS listed in the embassy instructions letter.

Id like to thank everyone one by one for their replies but im not sure how to do it lol

One more question. My fiances most recent tax return meets above the 125% poverty guidelines. So I dont have to worry about my interveiw regarding  proof of income right?Lastly ,do I need to worry about adjustment of status since she will be starting her job back around the time we apply in December  2017?

Meet or exceed the 125%  is all that is needed.

For AOS having a employment letter from the new job would be good to include, along with pay stubs.
