first question is : when we were filling the i129F we got a question that say where i'm going to be living when i get to the US but the problem is that my fiance she's living with her mom in her house ,so we dont know what to do in this case if we have to put the house of her mom even if her mom didnt want me to live with her ? we want to know if we need a paper signed from her mom or someone else close ?

second question : my fiance took a credit from a bank long time ago for her car and she didn't pay them back yet if that can be an obstacle in our visa process ?

third question : i've put my name in the  Green card DV lottrey so i want to know if that can be bad thing in my inetrview in the embassy ?

For the mean time just put her moms adress as the place where you guys will live once you get here . And her credit does not effect on the k1 visa at all , they will check her criminal record and income not credit . Just be very wise because morocco its conciser to be a strict embassy , it would had probably been better for her to sponsor you as a husband .

  1. TBD is fine if you don't have an answer yet. Or you can put your mother's place if that's the only possibility until you find something more concrete. You're not locked into whatever location you put inty he I-129F.
  2. Not directly, but if her income and/or assets are insufficient for the I-134 (and I-864 later), she will need to find a joint sponsor.
  3. No, it's not an issue to apply for the DV lottery too.

K-1 and CR-1 are for coming to the USA for marriage and Morooco is a high fraud country.  Not paying back a car loan and her living with her mom suggest that her income might be questionable in terms of being sufficient to sponsor you for a Visa.  She might need a co-sponsor which may or may not be accepted in Morooco.  If your future wife does not have a stable and reliable source of income then you can expect a additional scrutiny at your interview.   As the K-1 and CR-1 is for marriage and living together in the USA one of the requirements is to prove to the CO that your relationship is real and not for the purposes of obtaining a greencard.  While in theory your applying for the DV lottery would not be an issue it is something that may be considered and the timing of when you entered the lottery may be important.  Consider it this way,  you entered the DV lottery because you wanted to go to the USA.  If you entered it before you met your GF and there are any other 'red flags' with your case then your entry into the DV lottery will cast more doubt onto your intention regarding the relationship.   It may be necessary for you to meet your fiancee multiple times or meet her, marry her and then meet additional times before you are granted a visa.  It all depends on the circumstances of your relationship...

thank you so much for ur answer but i just want to let u know that we would've went with the k1 visa if my fiance is alowed to use cr1 cuz her income cant help us , plz if u know something bout dv lottrey qustion

If she doesn’t make make enough money she can use a co sponsor . About the lottery visa I’m not sure but that might throw in a red flag for them thinking you are eager to come here to the United States . From what I’ve read morocco gives a hard time at the day of the interview specially to k1 visa , specially if there is a big age difference , but you never know just make sure you have more than enough evidence that your relationship is real .
