if they transfer you to tier 2 you should be able to do your own call back and then it will tell you in how many min you will get that call back. I have never had them tell me it could take up to 5 days

Hi guys sorry for the late reply. We had typed a letter to Chicago lockbox address. It's the same address we initially sent are package to. Yes I sent the letter after we were assigned to Nebraska. The letter should only mention that you would like to change your mailing addres. When you go to the uscis website I believe there is an option that you can change you address. @Liz92 could you please PM me.

I still haven't gotten mine (approval date: January 16, 2018)...but of course, I live overseas, so it will take a while....

 

Any idea on when it will be sent to NVC?

I hear you!! I received my approval in the mail on Jan. 9th with an approval date of Jan. 3rd. I called NVC last week and they said they recieved it on the 11th and told me to call back on the 25th for a case number. I'll keep you posted..

I called them as well on the 15th approval date Jan 3rd, case number wasn't ready.

Harsh2010 let me know when you get your case number. I think our case was approved the same date and sent to NVC on the same date.

A quick question please, when they said sent to department of state, does that also mean it been sent to nvc.
