Does anyone receive May fillers approval ??  I haven't seen any approval for many days .

the last update in the system for May filers was 1/17/18, there were some approvals on 1/18 such as mine but haven't gotten letter in the mail and the system online has yet to be updated.

Liz92, I submitted my change of address On line to Uscis and then they sent me a email confirming of my address change and they also updated it in my uscis app that my address was assigned to a officer to change it. So it can be done on line.

Hi Sundee, this is really doing my head in. I called USCIS right at 8AM eastern standard US time like the agent told me to yesterday and still wasn't able to be transferred to a Tier 2 officer. Can you please tell me where you were able to change it online? I just tried to do it again using the online form but got stuck when my country wasn't in the drop down selection (It only has US states). This really shouldn't be this hard.

We called uscis they said we had to write a letter to them to amend the address. We then sent a letter to Chicago lockbox with our reference number and Iowa address. The officer then gave us a uscis website link and we also amended it online. After a couple of hours we got an email from uscis that our request is under process. A week later my parents got the NOA1

Hi @Amisharjil, can you please help me out. They have me going around in circles. I called USCIS exactly at 8AM eastern standard time like the agent I spoke to yesterday suggested so I can be put through to a Tier 2 officer, but again I wasn't able to speak to one because there was a wait and they couldn't set up a call back overseas.

With the letter you sent, did you have to include any specific info aside from your receipt number and new address?

I also tried to change it online again, however when it asks to confirm your current address the only options it provides on the drop down selection for states are the ones in the U.S. How were you able to do it online?

Hi Liz92, let me get you the info and it sounds like you’ve already gotten to where you need to be on line to change your address but if the drop down section is not allowing you to get where you need to be then do you have a reliable source here in the United States to do this simple task for you??

@Sundee I tried to help her, I now understand that what is going on with hers, is that she puts in her address, but when it asks for state it doesn't give her the option of putting in an international country like Egypt, or Australia

Liz92 you will have to trust someone here in the United States to change your address as doing it on line is the fastest I believe..
