tier 2 can see more into your case then the first step customer service can. When I call there I also just ask for tier 2 customer service, sometimes you can get right into the que most times they say they will call back and give you how many min it is to wait for a call back.

have you tried to look on the app do a search for other cases around yours? then you will have an idea on when your approval is coming so far I know a lot in start of may have been approved, and they were starting to work on mid may.

Yes. My PD is 24th May. When my son (my sponsor) called beginning of December he was told to call back at the end of March for an update. I’m hoping we hear before then.

well I can tell you that I put in a service request end of December, when I did a review on the app saw many around me and before me approved, I then called the tier 2 asking why people around me were done but I was just sitting there.. I know I am prob not the norm but the tier 2 officer put me on hold for 5 min came back to say he had good news that my approval was yesterday.  Hang in there it is coming soon, whatever he does encourage him to bypass first level customer service and ask for tier 2.

When you say the app do you mean the VJ processing times reports or something else? Thanks

Hi Nebraskans,

I haven't been on this forum for a while because I've been trying not to think of it too much. Ot was really getting to me so I've only discovered this continuation thread.

Received RFE in early Nov, expedite mailed it straight away from Australia and they received it Nov 20. Apparently the divorce papers i swnt them from my precious marriage didnt have the judge's signature.

 

Still haven't heard anything back. Has anyone who has received an RFE heard back or know how long it usually takes to process it?
