Congratulations @ Khallaf.                My husband just got email that our 129F is closed. We can't wait to get I-130 approval in the email and mail since we re the last 2016 filter. I can't wait to be out of Nebraska finally.

My husband just got off the phone with tier 2. Our case is APPROVED. Finally. I'm so overwhelmed with joy. Thank you God.  I-130 PD 13/12/2016. 129f PD 2/3/2017. 129f closed today and I-130 APPROVED today too. This morning. I can't thank you enough God.

tier 2 can see more into your case then the first step customer service can. When I call there I also just ask for tier 2 customer service, sometimes you can get right into the que most times they say they will call back and give you how many min it is to wait for a call back.
