harsh2010.... You’re Approved. Your 1-130 is approved. All of us who filed a 1-129f and was notified of the 1-129 being closed and said “ Benefits Received By Other Means” means YOU ARE APPROVED...

For those of use who have not been approved yet, and with lots of people who applied after us getting approved, is there anything we can do to find out why we have not been approved or how long to wait? I thought they went by date received so don't understand why we have not been told anything while people others are getting approved.

Did you receive a RFE? If not your time line shows you did... If you didn’t then you should be hearing something soon. NSC is processing cases up to Feb 14,  2017 so you have to be patient and all u can do is wait. I myself waited 6 days shy of 1 year for approval and that is with no RFE..
