That's what they say but sometimes they updated early or sometime very late 

Nothing is done within timely manner at USCIS. 🤣🤣

Our got approved on the 25th of Nov still the website says "Case was Received".....and the case has not yet been transferred to NVC, i am getting tensed on the situation....
