My PD is April 4.  Still status  "Case was Received'  But april 6 & 7 filers got REFs. what do you Guys think 

Am i gonna receive  any Good news in December ending or starting of Jan 2018?

Hello Nebraska & April Filers,

 

My PD is April 10th I got a RFE emailed to me today the 14th of Dec. It will take a while for me to receive the letter overseas to find out what they need :/ By the way, what's the normal days given to respond the RFE? Around 60-90 days if that's correct? Thanks!

With in 60 days u have to respond on RFE.

im feb 21 and still didn't get any thing .since you tracking these cases could you know which case number was approved with pd feb 21

No questions are stupid ,. 😁 I didn't know what that meant before too lol

But it means Department of State

( NVC ,. National Visa Center )  next step of our petitions after USCIS

I was going to assume Department of State as that is what I normally see it reference to, but never thought I would see that reference during these stages
