All....  I went nuts tracking through cases.  Confirmed... An April 3 case did get an RFE on 12/11.  It seems to be the only one... but it did happen.

I can't seem to figure out how every is tracking cases. lol its frustrating not to be able to figure it out. I have gotten to the point where my frustration of all has turned into laughing.

There are apps on the app store.  For Android I am using USCIS Case Status by Spinach Mobile and USCIS Case by Aries Software.

In that software you can put in a case number and change it to search the 100 cases before that number (or 1-5-10-20-50 cases depending on what you want. ).  The case numbers for Nebraska are LIN1790xxxxxx.  If you start adjusting the numbers after the 0, you will get different sets of cases. For example, LIN17905xxxxx is where I found the April 3 cases.  When you search, you can see a bunch that say "Case received" and the date..   if in that group of I-130's you see a "Request for Evidence was sent" the date will be different, indicating that a case from that date range had an RFE sent   (In this case, there were tons of "Case was received April 3, 2017" and a "Request for Additional Evidence was sent" on Dec 11, 2017 for one of them.  The app clearly designates that these are I-130's.  Let me know if that helps.

have you attempted to contact a tier 2 rep, your case is almost a year old, I would submit an inquiry if I were you.

I've already submitted an inquiry last month and received a reply on Nov. 28th that my case has been assigned to an officer and to allow them 60days for processing. Anxiously waiting....

I have often wondered, if with an office, really means it will be done in 60 days, I got told that on 12/7 that my case was with an officer, when the officer got it, I didn't get an answer, and he couldn't tell me a time frame of how long it would take to complete. When I called yesterday I was told that my papers were reviewed, and at this time nothing is missing and everything is in order. sometimes I also wonder if they just tell you what they know you want to hear.

have you called and asked for a tier 2 officer, or submitted an inquiry yet? when I pressed as to why some cases went to Texas and some to Potamic, they can't answer me just say that Nebraska completes all the I-130 cases for us citizen which is a lie.
