I put in my expedite request on 11/27 on 12/2 it got denied, I submitted another one on Thursday, this time with more information, now I wait again.

hang in there, I know it is frustrating, I was in another group with May filers, but I was getting upset, because, Texas and Potamic are so much further again, and seeing all those approvals in May and June set me off. I had to stop watching that thread.

but your in Nebraska right? it is the slowest service center that gets prop 85% of request for all things not just  I-130 but they process all the request for other forms also where as Texas, and Potamic only do I-130 we just got the ####### end of the stick being sent to Nebraska.

I've still not heard anything. Put it in on 11/21. Got a notice it was being reviewed on 12/4. Told to call at the end of this week for an update.

I saw one member here applying for IR5 I-130 whose case just got approved on December 5th. Her case was in Nebraska with PD March 27th. Hang in there, folks. I'm a July filer with a case number that's not recognized by the system. Hence, I just rely and am so grateful for people giving updates.

my pd is feb 21 and i still didn't get any thing yet there are any one here from feb and didn't have approved yet?

I called and talked to a tier 2 rep today, he was very kind but all he could tell me is they are on cases that came on or before Jan 14, I told him that can't be true cases middle to end of march for approvals, he said some cases go faster than others.

 

This is my 3rd marriage, so I can only assume my case is going to take longer.

I'm not gonna call them any more i done hearing the same store every time i call its ridiculous i have been waiting 10 month just to get throw the first stip

yeah, when I talked to the last guy he told me that some are taking a year for approval, I miss my husband for sure, I told him I wouldn't be back to see him until he got his visa, as I can't afford to go there, and in 2 months have to go back again so we can travel home together.

 

Flying to Egypt isn't cheap, nor fun
