Can anyone who is outside 180 days submit a service request to check on the status or is it only if you're outside the date posted on their website?

When you call them what do you tell customer rep? And what’s the number please

I called 1-800-375-5283 I had filed to expeditie our case, called back again agter a week talked to a rep who told me my request had been denied, but he told me it was with an officer and under review. For all i know its been with an officer since it hit the black hole of Nebraska all I can do is wait and pray.

Yes received the letter in July. I am a June 17 filer

On the letter look to the left corner underneath the name you should see a priority date it will say it

That’s really weird. I would call them Monday morning early because it should be on the letter.
