USCIS posted 4th quarter filing information today (July 01 - Sept 30). Nebraska processed 28,709 I-130, received new 24,151 petitions, which brought the pending applications to 87,816. Third quarter they processed 32,161. Both quarters Texas has received more, but processed more than Nebraska.

Good thing I see is they processed more then they received lol so starting to beat that counter

Am planning to go visit him soon. Wants him to meet his son before he turns one.  It’s definitely not an easy journey. Wished there was a category to expedite based on having a baby lol. I don’t know how you survived a year at Nebraska. I see other centers moving fast and I wished it was same for us. Have you heard from NVC?

I don’t know myself how I survived Nebraska. I cried a lot and prayed a lot. My husband and his family were doubting me on how long the process can take and that was very hurtful. Believe me I’ve had my share of stress from all this and I do believe it caused me the health issues I’m suffering from currently. 

True other service centers process faster and it’s sad to see that when your stuck in Nebraska and can’t do a thing but sit and wait.. I pray better methods happen soon as many others behind us are waiting too...

Glad you will go visit your hubby soon as yes children need to know their dad and be with them. Expedite should apply to spouses with children but Who knows what the future holds.. I’m trying to wait until my husbands interview and I pray it’s soon...

Oh wow...we need all the support we can get and for them to add to the stress is just not right. Am sorry you have to go through that. You are almost done. I understand NVC stage doesn’t take that much time. Hold on to that thought. It is well.

I’m so glad to see this because it was so annoying. Every couple of seconds an ad would pop up. And I installed Ad blocker and no pop up ads since then!! 🙏🙏

that's just the cases got updated from my list of tracked cases ,    from LAST 2 Days ,.      so seems like they been BUSY and working Hard Before Christmas lol
