Hi All looks like we will get approved in March 2018.(applied in June 17) Our centre is Nebraska. I was wondering if anyone knows how long will it take to complete the entire process after the NOA2. We are planing to visit my parents in USA with my husband (beneficiary) in Aug 2018. He has already been to USA twice before we filed his I-130 and his B1/B2 is still valid. We are hoping he gets his green card before Aug 2018 so we he can travel on his green card.

If your PD is June 17th, I think it's possible all done before August 2018 if there is no RFE. I filed my other petitions without RFE all done less than a year :) Good luck to you!

➺ 04/3/2017  NOA-1

------------------------a whoping 261 days later

➺ 12/20/2017 NOA-2 Date

➺ 01/02/2018 Case sent to NVC

==============================NVC======================================

➺ 01/23/18 Case number and IIN assigned! 

➺ 01/25/18 DS-261, choice of agent  filled 

➺ 01/26/18 AOS bill invoiced

➺ 01/27/18 AOS paid 

➺ 02/01/18 IV bill invoiced and paid

➺ 02/07/18  DS-260 completed and submitted

➺ 05/11/18 AOS and IV packages sent (EMS from Indonesia)

➺ 05/16/18 IV and AOS package delivered to NVC

➺ 05/23/18 Got CC at NVC!  

=============================EMBASSY=====================================

➺ 05/31/18  Interview date assigned 

➺ 06/29/18 Medical Check (a week later the RS.Premier Bintaro sent the result to US Embassy)

➺ 07/31/18  interview!-- CEAC showed "Issued" a day later

➺ 08/03/18 Visa in hand

➺ 12/16/18 Point of entry: Houston

I called the customer service number for Nebraska, and was told my expedited request was denied, the rep on the phone for the first time ever was so super helpful, he told me all the things the previous rep had done wrong, and so he resubmitted it and this time he put more details in and chose 2 categories that the request would fall under. I asked him if it was even touched, he said all he could tell me is it was being worked on. For all I know it has been with an officer since May being worked on. I just have to keep the faith.
