We already filed crba but unluckily we're just waiting for the denial letter.. my husband's physical presence didn't meet CRBA's requirements.

Was he in the Philippines at that time during the birth to sign paternity as a father on the back of the live birth certificate?

They just told me what was lacking and that's my husband's physical presence. He's lacking of 4 months and other than that, everything's okay. They didn't recommend us for having a dna test. Just the physical presence.

Someone on here gave the 1-130 link of instructions of what to include in the 1-130 packet so hope u see the link to click on

Yes, my wife is a filipina and us the family living in Batangas :) Btw, your husband needs to file CRBA in person at the embassy before he can file I-130 for only you, not your daughter after she becomes a USC with US passport and applys for Philippine passport to depart with no fees to pay

I  Already file crba in his behalf. We already went to us embassy in manila and been interviewed. All was well except for my husband's physical presence. It says that you must stayed in usa for more than 5 years. He didnt meet it since he stayed muchhere in the philippines and other country.

We tried earlier this year. They rejected her. I want to try again. Last time the officer was convinced but at the last moment decided to reject the application.
